Returns & Exchanges
At Pro Tan®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your competition tan and skincare purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Securely pack the unopened products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- 3.Ship the Package
Send your return to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
